Sound Journey Sessions

Love and grace are always around us if we listen and perceive; it is there at any moment. One of the ways to connect to this abundant grace is through the power of sound. Music connects us all and can take us deeper into infinite realms of inner awareness, raising our vibrational frequency to foster awareness, authenticity, and creativity.

  • Sound healing sessions are still-body experiences (meditation of sorts) that are enhanced by sound, using crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and gongs.

  • Upon arrival on a private property within the Elk Refuge, you will be guided to a tipi on the creek. Before entering the tipi, you will receive a sage smudge, a traditional clearing ritual. Upon entering the tipi, you will be guided through minimal breathwork and intention setting, with the option of picking cards (e.g., animal spirit, oracle, archetypes). Then, you will lie down on plush blankets to relax and receive the sound healing. A session runs anywhere from 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
