This 5 day, 6 night retreat in Tepoztlán Mexico is an opportunity to deepen into our womanhood by exploring our connection to the elements of Earth, Air, Water, Fire, and Ether. Our feeling of wholeness is directly correlated to our perception and relation to Mother Earth. Each day is dedicated to an element and whether it is yoga, sound, therapies, or excursions - together as a group we remember and return to the divine feminine.

Our Sacred Retreat will be at the beautiful organic Valle Místico Hotel nestled alongside these powerful mountains known to be a vortex of Mexico.
THERAPIES
Temazcal
We will partake in a sweat lodge (Temazcal), a sacred ceremony of connecting to the womb & Mother Earth. This is a traditional Indigenous sweat focused on healing, clearing, and rebirthing.
Family Constellation
A Family Constellation therapy focused on healing our unconscious ancestral wounds and patterns will be included for the group. Individual sessions will be available and highly suggested.
Polarity Energy Healing
Eduardo & Sylvia have been practitioners of this type of energy healing for 30+ years and are masters. Individual sessions are available and a highlight of past retreats.
