Amazing Kriya yoga instructor, Deidre Norman, will guide a 40 min. class of breathe work, movement and mantra that is both releasing and invigorating. Then ground and surrender whilst lying on this powerful land beside the babbling brook as Daniela soothes your body, mind and soul with the sounds of the crystal singing bowls in nature. Mats are available , though you can bring your own. All are welcome and we also have a committed community who join regularly throughout the summer.
